Welcome to Bricklayer: Neon Block Puzzle. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information our mobile game collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. By installing or using Bricklayer, you agree to the practices described in this document.
01 Information We Collect
Bricklayer is designed to be a privacy-friendly game. We collect as little information as possible to deliver a great gaming experience. The table below summarizes the types of data the app may handle:
| Data Type | Collected? | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Personal Identifiers (name, email, phone) |
No | Not collected by the game. |
| Game Progress (high score, level) |
Local Only | Stored on your device to remember your progress. Never sent to our servers. |
| Device Information (OS version, screen size) |
Anonymous | Used only for crash diagnostics and to render the game properly. |
| Location | No | Bricklayer does not request or use your location. |
| Contacts / Photos / Files | No | The game has no access to your personal files. |
| Microphone / Camera | No | The game does not use your microphone or camera. |
02 How We Use Information
The minimal data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To run the game — render visuals, save your progress, and play sound effects.
- To improve user experience — anonymous crash reports help us fix bugs.
- To comply with legal obligations — only when required by law.
04 Local Storage
Bricklayer stores small pieces of data locally on your device, including:
- Your highest score and current level
- Sound on/off preference
- Game settings
This data never leaves your device. You can erase it at any time by clearing the app's data through your device's settings, or by uninstalling Bricklayer.
05 Children's Privacy
Bricklayer is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 under GDPR-K).
06 Device Permissions
Bricklayer requests the absolute minimum permissions required to function:
| Permission | Required | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Internet Access | Optional | Only for crash reporting (if enabled). |
| Vibration | Optional | For tactile feedback during gameplay. |
| Wake Lock | Optional | To keep the screen on during gameplay. |
07 Advertising & Analytics
The current version of Bricklayer does not display advertisements and does not use analytics tracking.
Should future versions introduce ads or analytics, this policy will be updated and users will be notified prior to any such change. Any advertising integration would use industry- standard ad networks and would never use sensitive personal data.
08 Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data the game handles. Because game data is stored locally on your device, its security depends mostly on your device's own protections (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09 Your Rights
Depending on your region (e.g., EU/EEA under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA, Brazil under LGPD), you have the following rights:
- Access: request a copy of any data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: request that we delete your data.
- Restriction: ask us to restrict how we process your data.
- Objection: object to specific processing activities.
- Data Portability: receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw Consent: withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We respond within 30 days.
10 International Users
Bricklayer is available globally. By using the game, you understand that any data processed may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own. We take steps to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data-protection laws (including Standard Contractual Clauses where required for EU data transfers).
11 Changes to This Policy

- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify users of significant changes through the app or Google Play listing
- Where required by law, request renewed consent
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
