02 How We Use Information

The minimal data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

We do not sell, trade, or rent any user information to third parties. We do not build advertising profiles based on your gameplay.

03 Data Sharing with Third Parties

Bricklayer may use the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies. Each service receives only the minimum data needed to operate:

Google Play Services

Our app is distributed via Google Play. Google may collect installation, performance, and device data according to its own policy. See: Google Privacy Policy

Crash Reporting

If the app crashes, an anonymous diagnostic report (containing device model, OS version, and error logs — no personal data) may be sent to help us fix the issue.

04 Local Storage

Bricklayer stores small pieces of data locally on your device, including:

This data never leaves your device. You can erase it at any time by clearing the app's data through your device's settings, or by uninstalling Bricklayer.

05 Children's Privacy

Bricklayer is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 under GDPR-K).

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Designed for Families requirements. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

06 Device Permissions

Bricklayer requests the absolute minimum permissions required to function:

Permission Required Reason
Internet Access Optional Only for crash reporting (if enabled).
Vibration Optional For tactile feedback during gameplay.
Wake Lock Optional To keep the screen on during gameplay.

07 Advertising & Analytics

The current version of Bricklayer does not display advertisements and does not use analytics tracking.

Should future versions introduce ads or analytics, this policy will be updated and users will be notified prior to any such change. Any advertising integration would use industry- standard ad networks and would never use sensitive personal data.

08 Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data the game handles. Because game data is stored locally on your device, its security depends mostly on your device's own protections (screen lock, encryption, etc.).

No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09 Your Rights

Depending on your region (e.g., EU/EEA under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA, Brazil under LGPD), you have the following rights:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We respond within 30 days.

10 International Users

Bricklayer is available globally. By using the game, you understand that any data processed may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own. We take steps to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data-protection laws (including Standard Contractual Clauses where required for EU data transfers).

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or new features. When we do, we will:

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
